2 adults, 2 kids, $120 for movie tickets and a popcorn choc top combo for the kids. And we are refused entry because we have 2 drinks with us from outside. We didn't try to hide them, we were respectful, yet we were treated with disrespect in front of our kids. This place needs a new manager.

Terrible. Check your bags tried to refuse my child entry because she took her shoes off due to having blisters from them being new. Can’t bring your own drinks in as you must purchase their inflated drinks instead.

Very rude, I feel for the young staff. Expensive and dirty. Worst experience and will never go again ever.

On holidays and unfamiliar with this cinema. Bought tix for me and my kids - $60, then went to Woolies to save money on snacks, as we all know how overpriced popcorn is at the cinema (I can make it for under a dollar a serve at home). Refused entry with snacks, the staff member pointing to a tiny conditions of entry sign that you don’t see until you head in. You’ve gained NOTHING by doing this, as there was no way I was now spending money on food from the snack bar. This is a cost of living crisis and these types of rules make cinema experiences inaccessible to those struggling. Also, I’m appalled after reading of the treatment received by a type 1 diabetic patron described in another review. Sounds as though management could do with empathy and disability awareness training. Future patrons, smugglw your sweets in better than we did! Or just stream at home. Disappointing.

Went with my mum and she had brought in a coffee from another cafe and tried to go in to watch the film 2 minutes prior to starting time. Was refused access from both staff Shaun and another and was told to buy a coffee from them or throw the other out. the coffee machine was Not with the other beverage or snack stands were, and was in a closed part of the building.staff were rude and harassed us also searched through my bag , The water was way to overpriced like $4? And any outside food was thrown out . Would definitely not go again the staff are rude and the service was terrible. Not to mention the long amount of adds (15+ minutes )and how uncomfortable the chairs were . Update we had my younger sister’s birthday party at the bowling area and Shaun the guys who was helping us literally took over and was staring at us the whole time, was really creepy and uncomfortable and wasn’t very friendly. Management need to teach their staff some manners as multiple occasions have been like the first. Go to Albury definitely 10 times if not more better!!

Very disappointing experience today, I am a Type 1 Diabetic who has to carry lollies with me everywhere in the event of low blood sugar levels. These lollies I carry aren't lollies to me they are medication. For the first time in 27 years of being a diabetic I was treated poorly by Shaun and John when I was told I was not allowed to bring these lollies into the cinema as I had not purchased them from the cinema centre. I can't believe the ignorance and contemptuous way I was treated regarding my medical condition. Shaun was very aggressive and used swear words in front of my daughter and mother. I even showed them my insulin pump to verify I wasn't telling them a lie. After reading many comments online regarding Shaun and the way many people have been treated when visiting the cinema I think management need to train their staff better to deal with these types of issues. I don't think its a place I would feel comfortable coming back to if I have to justify my need to have lollies for my Diabetes.

If you like bring frisked before a film it's ok, and they demand you leave your bag even after searching it.

i’ve been to this cinema with my mum many times and she is a type 1 diabetic, meaning she has to carry lollies with her as medicine in case she has a hypo, and we were almost refused entry after buying tickets because she had to bring a small bag of lollies in. shaun and the owner were very rude to us when we were trying to explain the situation, my mum even got out her diabetic pump and equipment to prove she was a diabetic! shaun reacted very rudely and unprofessionally and swore at us and had an outburst. this was the first time my mum had experienced any sort of discrimination due to her diabetes and it was not pleasant for her, we had already bought the tickets so we couldn’t just leave. after about 10 minutes of arguing with us they let us into the movie, but we should have just gotten a refund and left! wouldn’t go back and not supporting this business anymore, would travel to albury for a better cinema to be honest!
